Henderson European Special Situations merger update

8 June 2015 – Having gained shareholder approval, Henderson European Special Situations fund has now been merged with the newly-launched FP Crux European Special Situations fund.

The merger has gone ahead following the manager’s move from Henderson Global Investors to Crux Asset Management in April this year. Richard Pease and his assistant manager, James Milne will manage the new fund in the same way as the old one and the merger means investors can have continuity of both manager and approach. The merged fund has a Chelsea generic ‘buy’ rating.

Henderson European Special Situations will therefore no longer show on the Chelsea FundStore or on online valuations. Instead, valuations will be shown under the new name, FP Crux European Special Situations.

Regular monthly savers will need to complete a new direct debit instruction in order for their investment to continue.
