Chelsea research team makes changes to EasyISAS

7 November 2022 – Chelsea’s research team has made a number of changes to its EasyISA portfolios.

Following its latest investment meeting, the Chelsea Research team has replaced one fund in each of its Cautious growth, Balanced Growth and Global Income EasyISAs. Both the Aggressive Growth and Income EasyISAs remain unchanged.

The changes are:

Cautious Growth EasyISA 

Baillie Gifford Strategic Bond was replaced with Artemis Corporate Bond. 

Balanced Growth EasyISA

Jupiter Specialist Equity was replaced with Artemis Corporate Bond.

Global Income EasyISA

Fidelity Global Enhanced Income was replaced with Fidelity Global Dividend.

In addition to the fund replacements, investors should be aware that Threadneedle European Select (in the Balanced Growth EasyISA) has had a name change and is now called CT European Select. 

Chelsea’s EasyISAs

The Chelsea EasyISA offers a choice of five simple portfolios, each spreading investments across six funds.

All you have to do is choose one of the five options, based on your own requirements and attitude to risk. 

Your ISA will then be spread equally across the corresponding funds within the Chelsea FundStore. These EasyISAs are simply suggested portfolios and, due to their exposure to equities, may be subject to volatility, and thus potential capital loss. 

The EasyISAs are not adjusted automatically. If you hold an EasyISA and wish to alter it to reflect our changes, then you will need to make a switch yourself.
