Change of name for Wood Street Microcap fund

8th May 2017 – Wood Street Microcap fund has had a name change and, from today, has become CF Livingbridge UK Micro Cap.

The fund, which was added to the Chelsea Selection in October 2015, invests in the UK's smallest companies.

The name change has come about simply to bring the name of the fund in line with that of the investment management company, Livingbridge.

Livingbridge has been investing in smaller companies since 1995 and many of the investments made are in unquoted companies with values between £5 and £100m. The team’s expertise lies mainly in the UK, although the company also invests in Australia and they are probably best known for running the highly successful range of Baronsmead VCTs.

There is no change to the fund manager or investment process.
